The Resilience Workshop

This half-day workshop is an experiential session that aims to help people from all walks of life understand what resilience is, how it works and what they can do to help themselves be more resilient. What makes the workshop unique is that it draws upon more than 60 years of scientific research and the powerful evidence-based techniques used by cognitive behavioural therapists to help people make positive, life-affirming changes.

This session is great for businesses and teams who want to actively promote employee engagement and support their staff to manage stress. Participants leave the session with a good understanding of the stress and coping process, as well as a set of actions they can take and techniques they can use to enhance their own stress resistance.

The Resilience Workshop has been very positively evaluated by participants from many sectors of the economy, including financial services, adult education, managers, practitioners in health and social care, and hospital staff.
